Please find below the key points about the model:

- Even though we guarantee you a production of 20
days and 180 hours of work in a month,

limit. Please note, it's your own employee and you

- Each assigned resource will work 10:30am to 7:30pm

- Invoice will be generated in 30 days interval and the payment for
given month needs to be made in advance.
- If we fail to deliver 20 days and 180 hours of work in a given month,
then the bill will be proportionately reduced but anything in access
will not be charged to you, but no restriction for you to charge your
client.
- If they continue to do a good job for your organization and keep you happy as an employer, we will offer them a performance gift, apart from regular appraisal to keep them motivated towards your organization and minimize attrition.
